When you apply to move or apply as a scout, we also collect:

• Current role (movers)
• Monthly income band (movers)
• Target move date (movers)
• Who referred you (movers, optional)
• When you moved to Dubai (scouts)
• How many people ask you about it (scouts)
• Your confirmation answers to the required checkboxes

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to your inquiry or application, route you to the right partners and scouts, and inform you about our services (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not sell your data.

4. Data We Share

When you submit an application and tick the data-sharing consent box, you confirm that your information may be shared with service providers, scouts and other movers so we can route you and match you with people who have already made the move.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or as required by law. Contact form submissions and application submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last active use.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Third-Party Services

This site uses Google Fonts and may use analytics services. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States per Google's privacy policy.

Book a Call (Cal.com): When you schedule a call via our Book a Call link, you are redirected to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling platform. The information you provide there (such as your name and email address) is processed by Cal.com in accordance with its own privacy policy.

LinkedIn: Our LinkedIn page is hosted on LinkedIn, a third-party social network. Clicking this link transfers you to LinkedIn's platform, where their privacy policy applies.

We also use an email delivery provider to send application confirmations and internal notifications.
